The villa includes a private swimming pool with jacuzzi that sits among the outdoor terrace with sunbeds, making it the ideal place to relax whilst admiring those distant sea views.
Entrance
The complex has off-road parking with a sloping driveway beside the Villa to park your car hires. The entrance of Villa Avgi is located on the first floor.
Living Space & Kitchen
The bright, open plan kitchen, dining and seating area on the ground floor is a great place to socialise after a day by the pool. There are patio doors and windows which flood the room with light and really open up the feeling of space.
Relax in the living area which is dominated by the fantastic views over the bay and beyond. From here, patio doors open to the courtyard, which is bathed in golden sunlight. There you will find the outdoor furniture. The perfect place to enjoy your dinner watching the sunset.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms
On the ground floor, there are two double bedrooms with en suite shower room and also its very own sea and pool views. The huge windows create a unique feeling of relaxation, while sunset and sunrise can be watched while laying on the bed.
On the first floor, there is a twin bedroom with fabulous views of the surrounding area. That twin bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom.

If you're a beach lover, Villa Avgi is a great choice, located just 500m from Kato Stalos Beach, which is said to be one of the best beaches on the island! There's wide choice of places to eat, drink and shop both on the seafront and in the nearby old village of Pano Stalos and Agia Marina. Wether you choose to dine at a waterfront restaurant or opt for an authentic family-run taberna in the village square, you'll be spoilt for your choice! The picturesque city of Chania has a variety of shops, bars and restaurants in both the old town and harbour, which is less than 20 minutes' drive from the Villa
Local markets & Shopping
In Agia Marina there's a mini market and a supermarket for those daily essentials, as well as several shops to choose from, which is a few minutes walk from the Villa. Every Saturday, in the city of Chania is a market where you can pick up fresh fruit and vegetables, as well as the local yogurts and cheese. The old town has a mix of shops ranging from a boot maker to boutique clothing.
Bars & Restaurants
You'll be spoilt for choice on where to eat in Agia Marina and Stalos. There are several tavernas that sell the local food such as Beef Stifado and Lamp Kleftiko. If you prefer fish, there are some waterfront tavernas that overlook the sea. Or why not put on your dancing shoes and heat to one of the many nightclubs or cocktail and music bars?
Beaches
The beach of Kato Stalos is around a 5 minutes drive from the Villa, with clear blue water and soft golden sand. The gulf of Agioi Apostoli, around a 5 minutes drive as well, offers 4 sandy beaches accompanied by restaurants and beach bars. There is also the Blue Flag beach of Agia Marina with plenty of sunbeds and parasols to hire and a selection of beach bars and tavernas, all about 1km away. For a day at the beach, Elafonisi and Falasarna are ideal destinations! There's white sand and pink hues and turquoise waters that ripple in the breeze. Both beaches are a bit far away, but it definitely worths driving there!
Family fun
For some fun in the sun, especially when the coastline close to the Villa is wavy, Limnoupolis water park offers a great adventure for the whole family! About 20 minutes drive from the Villa, Limnoupolis with its waterslides for the energetic and the lazy river for the more laid-back members of the group can provide with moments of joy all the members of your company.
Places of Interest
The city of Chania is not to be missed! The Venetian Harbour is fringed with restaurants, cafes and bars. This is a great place to rest after a day exploring the maze of alleys in the old town of Chania.
If you head east of Agia Marina you will find the Samaria Gorge that worths a visit. This is Europe's longest gorge, about 5 hours hiking - so be prepared to be wowed!
Less than 5 minutes drive from the Villa you can find a mini Golf - Restaurant.
