The extensive 2,000 square meters of outdoor space is perfect for leisure and entertainment. It features a 55-square-meter infinity swimming pool, gas BBQ facilities, and a shaded outdoor dining table that seats 14. Guests can enjoy the sun on the sun loungers or relax in the shady lounge bed. The area also includes an outdoor shower, umbrellas, an outdoor living space, and a 154-square-meter patio, making it an idyllic setting for gatherings or a peaceful retreat.

Ground Floor


The ground floor welcomes you with a spacious living room, featuring a sofa and a 65-inch smart TV for entertainment. Adjacent to the living area is a large dining table that seats ten, complemented by sofa and two comfortable armchairs. This floor also houses three bedrooms: one with a king-size bed and two with queen-size beds, all equipped with ceiling fans and air conditioning for ultimate comfort. The fully equipped kitchen on this level allows for easy meal preparation and has direct access to the outdoor spaces and the inviting swimming pool.

First Floor

Upstairs, you will find four more bedrooms, with one offering a king-size bed and the others with queen-size beds. This floor also includes a convenient kitchenette, a designated workspace, and a cozy living area with a sofa and two armchairs plus a 50 inches smart TV. A large balcony overlooks the swimming pool and offers breathtaking views of Souda Bay. This outdoor space is furnished with comfortable seating, providing an ideal spot for relaxation.
