At the outdoor area, you will enjoy the privilege of an organic garden with vegetables ready to get picked up by your hands and give taste to your dishes. The yard is fully fenced, offering absolute privacy and a dining area with a BBQ under a big terrace. The yard has also a swing chair among the several outdoor relaxing spots.
Entrance
Ktima Abella has off-road parking area beside the Villa to park your car hires. The entrance is just a few steps away.
Living Space & Kitchen
The house is 1-floor property. The living room with the patio doors that provide with light the whole Villa and open up the living space. A comfortable sofa and a flat-screen satellite TV, while the kitchen has every necessary amenities to enjoy cooking your own food.
In the kitchen, you will find a fridge-refrigerator, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a toaster, an espresso coffee machine and our local products welcome box with gifts to our guests.

Location
The neighbourhood
The house is located inside a huge landscape of vegetation, being only 5 minutes drive from the closest village, called Elos. Ktima Abella is also close to the village Milia, being characterized by its beauty. The village was built 30 years ago giving life to an alternative and sustainable project, implementing the terms ecology and tourism in it.

Within 5 minutes of drive you can find mini market, restaurants and pharmacy.
Beaches
The beach of Elafonisi is around 35 minutes' drive from the Villa, with clear blue water and soft golden sand. There is also the Blue Flag beach of Paleochora and Falassarna with plenty of sunbeds and parasols to hire and a selection of beach bars and tavernas, all about 40 to 50 minutes drive away. There are white sand and pink hues and turquoise waters that ripple in the breeze. Both beaches are a bit far away, but it definitely worths driving there!
Places of Interest
The city of Chania is not to be missed! The Venetian Harbour is fringed with restaurants, cafes and bars. This is a great place to rest after a day exploring the maze of alleys in the old town of Chania.
If you head east of Elafonisi you will find the beach of Kedrodasos (Cedar Forest) that worths a visit.
