Payments:

The client is deemed to deposit 25 % of the reservation money not later than 10 days after the request. In the case of non-payment at that date, the company may treat the request as cancelled by the client. The client always receives a confirmation of the deposit of the money and acceptance of the booking, which will also be used as a voucher. The full amount of the money should be paid with the arrival.

Each accommodation property or activity may have different payment policy, which is mentioned in the equivalent page of this website.

Some banks and credit cards impose fees for international transactions. If you are making a booking from outside of the EU, your bank may convert the payment amount to your local currency and charge you a conversion fee. This means the amount listed on your credit or bank card statement may be in your local currency and therefore a different figure than the figure shown on the billing summary page for a reservation booked on the Website. In addition, a foreign transaction fee may be assessed if the bank that issued your credit card is located outside of the EU. Booking international travel may be considered to be an international transaction by the bank or card company, since the company may pass on your payment to an international travel supplier. The currency exchange rate and the foreign transaction fee is determined solely by your bank on the day that they process the transaction.

If a major change is known to the company, the client will be informed at the time of booking, otherwise, the company will inform the client as soon as possible, if there is time before the tour- activity. The definition of a major change will depend on the individual tour and circumstances. The company reserves the right to cancel a tour-activity in any circumstances but will not cancel a tour- activity less than 15 days before of it except for force majeure, consolidation or the client’s failure to pay the final balance. The company, upon cancellation, will return all money paid or offer an alternative tour-activity. Please notice that the refund can take 1-3 weeks, depending on your bank. Force majeure is war, the threat of war, riot, civil strike, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disaster, fire or adverse weather conditions, or any other similar event. Consolidation refers to the fact that each tour-activity is dependent upon a minimum number of participants.

Travel insurance:

Clients are responsible for effecting sufficient personal travel insurance. Travel insurance is mandatory for all clients on a tour- activity organised by the company.
