Swimming Pool, Pool Terrace & Outside Area

The 40sqm swimming pool sits just in front of the living room and the kitchen. Offering direct access from the interiors of the villa it's the ideal place to relax on one of the sunbeds or the sofas whilst admiring the distant sea view. The landscaped garden provides outdoor games for kids, a suncovered BBQ and outdoor sitting area with sunbeds and chairs.

Entrance

Villa Aiolos has private parking in our fenced yard beside the Villa to park your car hires. The main entrance is at the front with a few steps up to the front door.

Living Space & Kitchen

Divided into four floors, the villa can accommodate 11 guests in the existing beds and 2 more guests in extra beds and in the sofas.

The bright, open plan kitchen, dining and seating area on the ground floor is a great place to socialise after a day by the pool. The big shutter doors flood the room with light and really open up the feeling of space.

At the basement, we have created a play room, which has two Lazy Boy couches, home cinema, the gym, the sauna and a massage table. This room has a door with direct access to the outdoor pool area.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms

On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and one extra WC. Both bedrooms have a queen bed.

On the first floor, there are two bedrooms. One with a queen bed, an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub and a terrace with fabulous views of the surrounding area. The other bedroom has a single bed and a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower.

On the second floor, there is a bedroom with a terrace featuring a comfortable sitting area with sunloungers and chairs to admire the sea view. This room has also an ensuite bathroom with a shower.
