This captivating home is embellished with a private 50m2 swimming pool, lounge area and pool front outdoor dinning area. Grown-ups can lounge to their sun loungers before idling back for al fresco barbecues (gas) under sunset skies. The property lays in a 4,000sqm olive yard area with spectacular sea views. An ideal sea front holiday escape for those who seek ultimate privacy and summery living.
Entrance
Villa Kafkales have off-road parking with a sloping driveway beside the Villa to park your car hires. The main entrance is at the front with a few steps up to the front door.
Living Space & Kitchen
Filled up with light, the living room that has direct access to the pool area is a great place to chillout during all times of the day. The kitchen is fully equipped, providing all necessities for your daily meals.
Descending a beautiful staircase you are found on the underground floor which features a second living room with a WC.

Villa Kafkalas is located above the village of Maleme. Maleme is a small village located only 20 km from Chania Town. The beautiful and endless beach of Maleme is just 2 km away. In the village you will find tavernas, beach bars, beach chairs, a life guard but also quiet and unspoiled areas.
Local markets & Shopping
Close to the house is a supermarket, a pharmacy and a doctor. Local markets & Shopping In Maleme, there are two Supermarkets for those daily essentials, offering local products. There are also 2 bakeries, while we can arrange with the baker to deliver your breakfast directly at your front door. Every Saturday, in the city of Chania, is a market where you can pick up fresh fruit and vegetables, as well as the local yoghurts and cheese. The old town has a mix of shops ranging from a bootmaker to boutique clothing.
Bars & Restaurants
You'll be spoilt for choice on where to eat in the villages around the Villa. There are several tavernas that sell the local food cooked with traditional Cretan recipes. If you prefer fish, there are some waterfront restaurants that overlook the sea within 10 minutes drive. Or why not put on your dancing shoes and head to one of the many nightclubs or cocktail and music bars of Platanias or Chania city centre?
Beaches
The peaceful beach of Maleme is around 10 minutes' drive away from the Villa, with clear blue water and soft golden sand. There is also the Blue Flag beach of Platanias with plenty of sunbeds and parasols to hire and a selection of beach bars and tavernas, all about 1km away. For a day at the beach, Elafonisi and Falasarna are ideal destinations! There are white sand and pink hues and turquoise waters that ripple in the breeze. Both beaches are a bit far away, but it definitely worths driving there!
Family fun
For some fun in the sun, especially when the coastline close to the Villa is wavy, Limnoupolis Water park offers a great adventure for the whole family! About 10 minutes drive from the Villa, Limnoupolis with its waterslides for the energetic and the lazy river for the more laid-back members of the group can provide with moments of joy all the members of your company.
