At the outdoor area, you will enjoy the privilege of a swimming pool and a jacuzzi. The yard is fully fenced, offering absolute privacy and a dining area with a BBQ. The yard has been carefully planted with grass for our young guests to enjoy playing there with safety.
Entrance
Villa Majestic has off-road parking area beside the Villa to park your car hires. The entrance of the apartments are a few steps away.
Living Space & Kitchen
Both floors have a living room with the patio doors that provide with light the whole Villa and open up the living space. A comfortable sofa and a flat-screen TV equipped with Netflix, while the kitchen has every necessary amenities to enjoy cooking your own food.
In the kitchen, you will find a fridge-refrigerator, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a toaster, an espresso coffee machine and our local products welcome box with gifts to our guests.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms
Villa Majestic offers 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the first floor and 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the second floor. 3 of the bedrooms are equipped with queen beds and two bedrooms with two single beds. All mattresses and linens are hypoalergic Coco-mat.

The Majestic Luxury Villa rises majestically in a quiet, green setting in the center of a Cretan traditional village Darmarochori, near to the beach of the seaside village Kolymbari, famous for its natural beauty. It is surrounded by fields of olive groves and vineyards.

Guests, apart from the lovely beach, have the opportunity to enjoy the unique local dishes at one of the numerous restaurants or cafes that exist in the picturesque port of the village overlooking the Cretan Sea.
Beaches
The Villa is only two minutes’ drive from the High Way which leads to the western coasts of the island with the infinite beauty of the beaches such us Balos, Gramvousa, Falassarna and Elafonissi. Within close distance of about 20 minutes by car, you can visit Platanias area, the most busy and cosmopolitan holiday resort in the entire prefecture.
Family fun
For some fun in the sun, especially when the coastline close to the Villa is wavy, Limnoupolis Waterpark offers a great adventure for the whole family! About 25 minutes drive from the Villa, Limnoupolis with its waterslides for the energetic and the lazy river for the more laid-back members of the group can provide with moments of joy all the members of your company.
Places of Interest
The city of Chania is not to be missed! The Venetian Harbour is fringed with restaurants, cafes and bars. This is a great place to rest after a day exploring the maze of alleys in the old town of Chania.
If you head east of Agia Marina you will find the Samaria Gorge that worths a visit. This is Europe's longest gorge, about 5 hours hiking - so be prepared to be wowed!
Less than 5 minutes drive from the Villa you can find a mini Golf - Restaurant.
